The coaching was about closing calls, and there were none to grade. That itself is the finding: on the two days after your message, your closers ran only intro/qualify calls and attempted zero closes. Worth checking — are Call 2s being booked and not showing, are they being routed elsewhere, or did the pipeline just not have closes ready this window? The daily job will make this trend visible.
